How do you actually get contractors to work with you on deals before they’re under contract?
Hey guys,
I’m curious how other wholesalers handle a couple things when they’re starting out.
- When you were new, how did you go about building relationships with contractors?
- How do you usually get a contractor to look at a deal that’s still speculative (before you have it under contract)?
- How do you come up with your repair estimates or ranges? Do you mostly use rules of thumb, walk it yourself, send videos to contractors, or something else?
If you have a minute, I’d appreciate hearing how you’ve done it in the past.
