Meet The Gumbo Family!
I had them for about a month and a bit now. I split from Gumbo aka (Cold Mother) into Warm Jr then later Lily Pad.
I read online plus other sources that different techniques results in different range of flavors. I decided to try them out, see where it leads me.
Feed Ratio 1:2:2.1: Warm jr / Cold Mother
Feed Ratio 1:2:11.8: Lily Pad
Flour [ 25% stone-ground rye, stone-ground whole wheat and 50% All-Purpose bleach]
I'm using flour that need to be used up, I'm be going to unbleached AP.
Has anyone try different methods to get unique flavors?
