Nervous about nurtec

Hey so I’ve never taken a rescue med before and I was prescribed nurtec. Have a couple questions… I don’t always get a headache or aura with my migraine. I sometimes get on and off wobbliness that feels really bad today after two days of heavy screen use at work. Do I take it for that? How do you know when to take it especially when there’s no headache?

and how does it make u feel after u take it? I read nausea may happen… does that go away soon after or is It bad like I need to take a zofran with it

My last vertigo was in november, with months of wobbliness. Amitriptyline has helped. But I still get the feeling of wobbliness during the day sometimes. It’s depressing and makes me focus on it more which makes me feel even worse I think. I feel like they’re phantom feelings of wobbiness.... does anyone else get these? It happens when I look at something to see if I’m better, but it then my brain reminds me what it feels like and so it’s making me feel them again. Then I’m stuck inthis circular pattern of checking and it keeps going. Is this a thing? I mean, i think the brain can do that but I want it to stop… how? Maybe an anxiety med?

I just want it all to go away
