Gaining weight instead of losing?

I’ve been working out at home for a bit now(I don’t have the chance to go to the gym). I’ve been doing cardio, walking on the treadmill for 40 mins. And doing 20 mins of abs and belly fat workouts on YouTube. And I just
Started a Calorie deficit routine.

For some reason every time I step on the scale my weight goes up?!? Why am I not losing weight, instead am gaining??

What am I doing wrong? I’m new to this so advise would be appreciated. Cheers
