Movie Sequel
I've been thinking about this for a while now and while watching the 14th season episode "Jade in the Shade" where Linda and Louise search for the Jade Jellyfish during their tour at the Wonder Wharf Hotel, I decided to finally post my crazy cool idea for the Bob's Burgers Movie Sequel that they've been talking about making....How about this...
On the subject of taking inspiration from some episodes and incorporating storylines into the movie, I took the plot from when Tina fell for Rodrigo, the boy on her Spanish Language tape...and the Bootlegging Flappy Bappies, going on treasure hunts- and mashed them into a Fountain of Youth/Teddy and Kathleen Wedding Journey to Europe with all 5 Belchers.
So, picture this: Bob wins a "Cook your Dream Vacation" contest by submitting a Spanish Punned Burger and wins an all expenses paid trip for the family to Spain for a week. And Tina gives Bob this idea and thinks that if they go to Spain, she could find Rodrigo's son or grandson (there's a scene where Louise, Gene and Tina are talking about it) and have a whirlwind romance while on vacation.
And Louise does research and finds out that the Fountain of Youth is around where they're going to stay so she convinces Linda to join her in finding it and so the Bootlegging Flappy Bappies end up looking for the treasure and Belcher Hyjinks ensues.
Also, while in Spain, they run into Teddy and Kathleen visiting Kathleen's family in Ireland and they're on a weekend getaway in Spain. And throughout the movie, Teddy and Bob and/or one of the Belchers go through a romantic back and forth, like Teddy has his doubts like normal and Kathleen has hers too but they end up having this harrowing journey with the Belchers and they end up getting married and that may be a really cool ending or maybe Teddy proposes or Kathleen proposes and then in future episodes, this all comes back and drives some of the episodes plots.
Is that a cool premise for a sequel or does that seem too cliche?
