Am I the only one not getting prize tickets, I've looked to see if I'm missing something and I don't believe i have

Just removed 2 gold ball Hawks from players to complete an iconic and when I went to upgrade them they were gone, so frustrating 😑 Any suggestions on a way to get them back or have they Madden MB ghosts now 🤔

I'm close to getting my first heroes player. Does +3 to lineup mean your entire team or just offense or defense, thanks.

Pa Rush is brutal sometimes, I get tackled by my own players as much as my foe and sometimes pushed into the red zone, tell me it's not just me🤣
