Small rock tumbler
I have several rock tumblers: 3-Central Machinery dual 3 lb, 1-Highland Park dual 3 lb, and 1-Highland Park dual 6 lb. I also have a 12lb barrel that can fit on the HP dual 6 lb. I love the HP machines, especially after they fixed the gasket issues.
I am considering getting a machine that has smaller barrels. HP has one that has 3-1.5 lb barrels (picture attached). I was thinking the small ones would be great for obsidian or some other rocks that are a bit more fragile.
Does anyone have a machine with smaller barrels? Do you like them or find them better for fragile rocks?
