Hi All,
On friday I won approximately 170k and the bets were paid as valid, winning bets. After cashing out roughly 40k, my account froze and was suspended. When it was reopened, Fanatics had reversed the winnings to void, claiming "known results". This resulted in my account having a negative balance of about 42k. I contacted support and they claimed the bets will stay as void and there is nothing else that can be done. The next day, they credited my account 42k to cover the negative balance but provided no reasoning or follow up to why. Additionally, due to latency issues, last week I placed a bet on a pre match line that had actually already ended. When contacting support, they claimed the bet will stay graded as a loss and refused to void. I have already filed a claim with the Gaming commission in colorado, and have consulted legal counsel, but yet to have someone take my case. Any assistance from the community is appreciated.
