Mann parking still free?
Going tonight and typically park along N Georges Hill Dr and Wynnefield ave and walk from there. Usually not the only car parked along there but wanted to be sure that things haven't changed since they are charging for parking now. I figured if they are charging they might crack down and start towing as well to be sure to get my money.
Still safe?
