What are some intense/depressing/sad movies you revisit and re watch as a form of catharsis?

There are tons on movies people cite as something they will "watch only once" either due to it being to bleak or in some way stressful to the point of not being re-watchable. Do you guys have any of these types of movies that you go back to time and again despite it's overt sad qualities?

For me, I watch The Florida Project pretty much once a year. Living in central Florida, it is is so relatable and I have seen these people in reality my whole life. The beats of the film move seamlessly between the gamut of all emotions, culminating in an absolute uppercut of emotion at the end (if you've seen it, you know.)

But I think people sleep on the power of revisiting trauma and sadness as a form of therapy in general, and sad movies can be a benefit to keeping one's emotional state in balance. Anyone else agree?
