Exec Help
I’ve been an executive assistant for a CEO/Owner of a very niche business. Lately it seems the sky is falling and everything is coming down on my exec. I do what I can as far as support, organization, screening calls, etc but lately the work and the “barking” from the contractors are causing havoc on my exec. He is one who can take the pressure but it seems like everything is happening at once. He spends half, if not all day, just putting out fires.
We are a smaller business so help is limited. Do you guys have any recommendations on other ways I can help him? Side note: I started implementing job timelines to help keep him on track of what is priority for that week, but again, that’s only going so far because he’s so busy that he hasn’t had time to sit down and go through the jobs and timelines themselves.
