Should I reapply to bank job posting after being them choosing another candidate?

So I applied at this Bank before and got past the in person interview but it took like a full-month to hear anything back, and than got an email saying they've chosen another candidate but this time i saw on indeed and their own personal career website that the postition has opened up again. So i'm asking right now that if i should give it another shot and reapply there or if this is a sign to not work there since the position got filled than almost a couple weeks later it got opened again?

okay posted here previously and got some responses thought it'd try again, so i've applied at a postition for PT bank teller position and got an interview and its been sometime and when i check status of application on the PNC job website it just says Under Review. For any current, or new PNC employees how long does it normally take to hear back? is that good? I'm going through hell in my head cause I work at walmart and recently started there a month ago and I hate it but only have just incase they tell me not at the bank.

Hey guys just wanted to ask how long it normally takes to hear back from PNC bank cause I had interview for pt teller position two days ago so I just wanted to see if I should get my hopes up or not?

Edit: Also if they end up not going with me for the position would they at the very least call me or email me that they went with someone else?
