I have a bunch of smartphrases that I'm trying to transfer over from my previous (non-Epic) job, and I can't figure out how to copy/paste into Epic. I can copy/paste within Epic, but it won't recognize what I have on the clipboard from the outside source (a word file with all my phrases on it). I'm also using Citrix on a home computer, but tried to put it in a Citrix source (email) and still am unable to copy into Epic. Can anyone help? It's taking me forever to retype them all in (I have dozens of pages of phrases, some of which are multiple paragraph medical decision making blocks). Thanks!!
