So I have a property management company in Los Angeles, and I'm trying to figure out how I should best market my company. I've been around for about a year and a half now and I'm looking to scale. I want to run ads, but I don't know, because if I do local targeting ads, it may not reach everybody that's intended.

This is only because most of my clients live in Northern California or out of the state, so by running local ads I don't know if it would bring in the proper clients. I've already tried being in the local church paper. I've tried putting flyers on cars. At the moment, I'm primarily getting clients from Google SEO and Thumbtack but am not scaling as fast as I’d like.
