Touch Grass is a lightweight Firefox add-on that surfaces a reminder to take a break after a specified amount of time of your choosing, and is now available for install on the Mozilla add-ons page: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/touch-grass-by-firefox/.

This runs locally, no telemetry or browsing history collection, and it doesn’t lock your browser or do anything weird.
