Touch Grass has been added as a Firefox extension

Yes, it's real this time.

Touch Grass is a lightweight Firefox add-on that surfaces a reminder to take a break after a specified amount of time of your choosing, and is now available for install on the Mozilla add-ons page: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/touch-grass-by-firefox/.

This runs locally, no telemetry or browsing history collection, and it doesn’t lock your browser or do anything weird.

Lots of posts lately about extensions, tweaks, setups, etc. and it's got me curious what people actually rely on day-to-day.

What’s one thing you’d hate to lose?

For me, vertical tabs and multi-account containers really changed the game.
