Dma card blinking green and cannot initialize

My card is a 75t from aliexpress, it was working fine for 2 days and now it blinks green and cannot initialize. Ive tried mutiple different firmware, different slots, different cords. Nothing it just kees blinking green

Using ekknod free fw , should there be a yellow triangle?

I used the newest version of ekknods fw and the old one, it shows this yellow triangle beside the device in device manager? Is this ok and if not how to fix?
