Advice for rehabilitating an electrocuted Common Nighthawk??

I work for a wildlife rehabilitation center, this afternoon we received a common nighthawk that had been electrocuted near a power plant in the next town over. We get few electrocuted birds at my facility (as we don’t take many raptors), and nighthawks are not common for us either. This bird came in with every flight and tail feather singed down to the shaft, so it definitely lacks the ability to fly. We have given it lots of electrolytes and fluids, it is more active now and seems to be doing a bit better. We are keeping an eye out for potential tissue/nerve injuries that might present in the next day or two. My question is, if this bird was kept in our facility for enough time, would it regrow the feathers that have been burnt? I know that wild birds are currently molting this time of year, and I am familiar with the process. I am mostly wondering if this bird still has a chance to regain its ability to fly in the coming months. Thank you, any advice is appreciated.

edit: I am located in southern Idaho
