Stuttering when ray tracing is enabled (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt), 9070 xt

Stuttering occurs in the same locations every time. However, if you drive through those same spots a second time, there are no stutters. But if you restart the game, the stuttering appears again in those exact locations. This almost always happens in forests. I’ve tried enabling Anti‑Lag via Adrenalin, but the stutters persisted. Has anyone else encountered this issue? How did you resolve it?

What’s going on with AMD? (first light 007 and other)

Why don’t any games this year support all Radeon technologies?? Why doesn’t Resident Evil: Requiem have PT, RR? Why doesn’t The Pragmata have FSR Native AA, PT and RR? Why doesn’t NTE have PT, RT and RR? Why does Forza Horizon 6 lack frame generation, lag, stutter, and have buggy reflections? Why doesn’t Subnautica 2 have either FSR or frame generation?

In general, all games this year have a lot of issues. But 007: First Light was also released — and guess what? The situation is exactly the same as in The Pragmata. We won’t have PT this summer; even with an upscaler, you can’t enable FSR Native AA — without it, the image looks like garbage. There’s also no frame generation (though that’s not so critical, because the game doesn’t even have RT, so it runs at a higher FPS anyway).

So what is AMD doing? Why is everything so bad, even in Xbox games? You’d think everything should be fine, but no — it’s just terrible.

I found out that I can use RT and PT through OptiScaler and it actually works! The FPS is good and the visuals are amazing. But the problem is, I constantly get 2-second stutters in almost the exact same spots. And don't even get me started on driving — it's literally unplayable in a car. Is there anyone who could help me fix this? I really don't want to play with Lumen, but I'm afraid that RT and PT are just not optimized for AMD cards at all. Though, I have seen a ton of people on Nvidia also complaining about constant stutters

We’ve hit a new low. AMD users are now blocked from even basic Ray Tracing, let alone Path Tracing. There have been three such games this year already, but at least two of them (Resident Evil Requiem and Pragmata) had RT — even if it was terrible due to extreme noise. With Neverness to Everness, the situation has worsened: RT is completely locked out. And once again, it’s an NVIDIA partner, which is hardly surprising. It looks like in 007: First Light, The Witcher IV, and plenty of other NVIDIA-sponsored games, we’ll never see proper RT/PT implementations for non-RTX cards again. It’s honestly disappointing. If you look at Cyberpunk, Alan Wake 2, or Black Myth Wukong, it’s clear NVIDIA has taken a wrong turn. This never used to be the case — RT and PT were always available for AMD users. Maybe AMD is partly to blame, but these coincidences are just too blatant to ignore
