Just found my baby dead

Juno is spoiled rotten and my first axo baby. Today I found her dead- really just 20 minutes ago… I have no clue what happened. She’s only three. I threw off her cycle when I added some new decor and a hide so I’ve had her tubbed for just about two weeks. Today was the day that the parameters of her big tank were finally right and she was set to move back in. I just went to go start that process and found her dead in her tub. She has a hide and bubbler in there and has had daily water changes. I just changed it out about 24 hrs ago to the dot. She ate 5 pellets once I put her in her tub and seemed sooooo happy. I noticed she looked particularly red/pink this morning and figured she was happy and feeling healthy. I found her tucked in the corner, legs and arms back, and bright red… almost as though she was poisoned. She is bloated and her skin looks so upset, gills are almost black. She didn’t have any reaction when I put her in the fresh dechlorinated water yesterday.

Today when I slid the lid off the tub was full of frothy white bubbles. Please someone tell me what this looks like. I’m so sad. If she had just managed one more day she would have been back in her home. She has been in absolute perfect shape up until. Happy, swimming, eating, great color. Please help with insight, I’m heartbroken and hate that she most likely suffered at my hand. I feel like I totally betrayed her.

I’m going to attach photos so please don’t look if you don’t want to. I also had pressed lightly on her tummy to see if I could rouse her and she spit up this yellow looking bile. I included the parameters of the tub- obviously the ammonia is not ideal but I feel like she lived in worse when she was a baby…
