very confused about the process, called the court but each customer service support suggested different things.

Apparently premium civil marriages you walk in without any documentation except passport//EID? But I was reading reddit and you still need documentation and it’s better to go through an agent? I’m confused please if anyone has gone through the process, lmk 😔

Could someone guide me on the process for a civil marriage in the UAE and who I should actually be speaking to about it — a lawyer, government authority, agency, etc.? I’m a bit lost on where to start.

My fiancé and I are both Muslim UAE residents. My naI’m currently outside the country, and my visa will likely be cancelled by July. My aim is for civil marriage and then get on a spousal visa. I’m not even sure if spousal visas are being accepted for Pakistanis (me)
