The tainting of dreams
In modern society, it has been much more acceptable to say "I'll never have that" than to have the desire to go out and achieve for yourself what you desire. "Dreamcucking" is a prevalent cop out by many in a society that feeds docility endlessly. If you were to ask the average short-form content consumer what their interpretation of this image would be, 9 times out of 10 they would describe it as an endless longing for something you will never have. In actuality, Neymar would never let this pervasive thought into his mind. He actively goes hard every day in pursuit of this goal, no matter how slim the chances may be. Dreams must be reclaimed as a part of a process towards achievement, not an afterthought in a mess of "getting by." By separating dreams from reality, the majority of humanity misses out on the greatest pleasures life has to offer. Tenacity in life brings great joy.
