How worried should I be?

I went "glamping" in a nice log cabin a week ago (Friday night - Monday morning) in northern Virginia for 3 days. I know, already that doesn't sound great but I was never walking in any grass taller than ankle height, using picardin bug spray every day and doing a quick tick check daily as well. Neither I nor any of the other 8 people I was out there with ever saw any ticks on us or noticed any bites or itchiness. Noticed this bruise the following Tuesday or Wednesday I think? I didn't think much of it at the time, figured I probably just bumped into something while I was a bit drunk one night in the cabin and forgot about it, but as its gotten progressively worse over the past few days I was trying to figure out how I could've gotten a bruise THIS bad without remembering what caused it. Ime, this probably should've hurt enough to remember pretty clearly. Got me thinking about the Lyme "bulls-eye" rash I've heard about though. I don't think it looks too much like the other pictures I've seen online for Lyme rashes, but figured it could still be worth asking about.
