Directly across the street from the Green line (Chiswick St). Single family home \with front and back porch, backyard, and basement (no photos unfortunately). Most of us are Berklee so looking for somebody who's social and ok with some noise!

Here's some basic info:

- mid-August move-in, (Sept. is first month of lease)

- utilities NOT included in rent (cheap cuz 6 ppl though)

- dishwasher + washer/dryer in unit

- street parking available

- security + first/last deposit, NO BROKERS FEE
