Hi.

I have to see someone who has fleas in their home in a few days. Additionally I have anxiety around contamination and I’m wondering how I can avoid and ensure none get on me? So far my ideas are a tight braided crown for my hair, taking an outfit I can change into after (and will probably bin bc anxiety go brrrrr), I have some flea spray for afterwards also. I was thinking of wearing leggings under my trousers too and I will leave my coat outside, wash my hands after etc. I just can’t tell which of these are rational and which are not? Maybe I should just say I can’t go? I’ll have to check my car too after. Hm.

Advice please.
