I slept with tablets for 3 months and tried not to sleep without it and slept for 5 days and 6th today I’m total awake and posting this at 4am 😂….Am i recovering or progressing idk what to do
I’m a insomniac for 3 months now I’ve been on different medicines panazep,dayvigo,zolpidem but easily created tolerance recently i slept without meds for kind of two days and later that day if i sleep like that regularly my mind literally thinks like how you sleep without meds when i lie on bed and also echoing don’t sleep don’t sleep kind of thoughts is anybody else faced this?
