I’m considering doing HGV work through agencies after passing. I’m not looking for full-time Monday–Friday work - I’m mainly interested in weekend work, ideally Saturday/Sunday nights.

For those already in the industry: how realistic is it for a new pass to get weekend agency shifts fairly quickly? Is there regular weekend/night work available through agencies, or is it more sporadic than that?

Any insight from drivers or agencies would be appreciated. Thanking you!
