Toys/toddler friendly activity ideas

My 15 month old has always loved her playpen. Recently she is getting frustrated with her toys/being in there and I think we are due for a refresh. She has the following that hold her attention but looking for other creative ideas to help with the stretches when I’m in meetings or doing focus work:

-wooden carrots to pull out and put back in
-stacking toys
-wooden puzzle boards
-dj table
-fisher price push corn popper thingy
-fisher price learn to walk toy (she likes to play with the buttons now)
-stuffies
-mega blocks (not really interested in these though)

We also try to do fun things with her during pockets of down time: a walk to the park before work, occasional quick library trip before her nap, sometimes we’ll do “story time” at home with her favorite books and songs they do at the library. Occasional park or splash pad in the afternoon. Really just looking for new ways to hold her attention as she does really well with independent play and my work is picking up a bit.
