Externship vs SNT
Hi! I am working part time at a hospital to help pay for school with benefits and scholarships. I am taking classes over the summer (including clinicals) to graduate faster. Because of this, an externship would be extremely difficult. I am float SNT (student nurse tech) and started as a PCT. Will not having an externship hurt my chances of being hired at a hospital or specialty?
