I’ve been hearing all different things; I’m hoping you guys can set the record straight
I’ve been told by many the OW is above supervisor and below TL/ATL; I am then told if the supervisor position opened up, I should take it so that I can move up.
Is this the correct sequence of leadership
TL>ATL>OW>Supervisor>TT
Moved into a room for rent. Renters said a house recently moved and the spots assigned to the home are vacated “open parking”. This community is HOA and each spot is assigned two spots. These two spots are vacant.
I started parking there instead of parking two blocks down near a park with public spots.
No one batted an eye since the neighbors moved out for a good three months the spots have been empty. Until last month, these obnoxious neighbors who own 5-6 cars; parking it on the public street hoarding the spots; owner calls it unfair and parks two of his vehicles in the vacant spots while his assigned spots is open and free- he claims he wants to keep the fairness.
When I parked there, He’s harassed my renter and his wife calling them, shouting out the front door telling them to move; they passive aggressively park their car sideways where I’m parked, tail gating near my vehicle. This is all because his wife had an issue with it and she doesn’t drive.. they called security and they cited me a ticket threatening to tow. I’ve been calling back to back hoping the same outcome would happen and yet nothing, the vehicle is still parked in the spots. At times, I arrive to my community before the neighbor comes and if I park there then he blows up my renters phone and harasses them. I guess I am looking for advice to deal with this or at least have some fairness.
