Hair feels dry and squeaky?
So I’ve been messing around with my hair care routine and I think something went wrong. I assume I’ve probably used too much clarifying shampoo and it’s stripped but it feels like squeaky if I rub it. It’s probably just dry but idk squeaky is the best way to describe it lol. It does seem like the top layer where it’s more dry and damaged is where it feels weird. My hair is fine with medium density, it’s mostly straight and shoulder length.
ok here’s what Ive been using:
Shampoo: L’Oréal Paris elivive hyaluron shampoo (I used to only use this and I feel like I was fine)
Pantene sheer volume (don’t use it all the time maybe a couple times a month)
I use regular head and shoulders sometimes too
Conditioner: L’Oréal Paris everpure sulfate free thickening ( haven’t used this long don’t think I like it)
before this I used the L’Oréal elvive volume filling thickening conditioner and I feel like I didn’t have issue
leave ins and stuff: it’s a 10 leave in the light one
verb ghost oil, usually a few times between washes
I have the dove hylauronic and moisture hydration mask - don’t use it that often, used it last week I think. I also have the elizavecca cer-100 mask, I used it a couple weeks ago, not used that often as well.
I’m guessing I should use the more stripping shampoos less? But wondering what else I can do in the meantime. I usually wash my hair every three days and blow dry, usually use the round brush attachment on the shark. Also I’m getting a haircut on wednesday.
