





Where do I go from here?
Hey all! I’m 55 and started a weight loss / workout journey two years ago, lost 75 lbs. and been able to be very consistent with my workouts. (4 days a week) Been doing mostly functional strength and a little bit of cross-fit and kettle bells; I also started to run in January.
I feel great and look the best I have since my 20s!
But I feel I still have some work to do….needing some advice on what direction to take or what changes or new things need to introduce to take me to my final goal and be sustainable at the same time.
I have included a few current shots for reference and Some of my stats are on the last two pics.
Not looking to be a model but would like to tighten a little more in my lower belly area and my lower pecs. Maybe some definition and gains in my arms and shoulders.
