LOOKING For Skilled VOLUNTEER Staff Members (Minecraft 1.8.8!)

Hi everyone!
We are launching a brand-new, ambitious Minecraft server called SonderMC on Minecraft 1.8.8.
TL;DR: Looking for mainly developers and builders for a Skyblock + Minigames server on 1.8.8 with premium development tools.
Our goal is to create a high-quality, feature-rich Skyblock experience paired with unique, fast-paced minigames (currently focusing solely on Skyblock). The project is currently in the early development phase, and we are looking for passionate, dedicated volunteers to join our founding staff team and help us build this from the ground up!
ROLES WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Developers: Set up NPC conversations, design and create custom items and mobs, create GUIs, manage permissions, and balance economies.
- Builders: Create epic, original lobbies, an explorable Skyblock hub, and minigame arenas (Terraformers & Detailers/Interior Specialists very welcome!).
- Advertisement/Outreach: Establish our Discord community, manage early hype, and invite players to create our early community.
- Media: Help us create short-form content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) to build our community before launch.
- Moderators: Not currently needed as the server is still very early in development.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be 14 or older with consistent access to Discord.
- Must have a working microphone and a mature attitude.
- Must speak fluent English.
- Passion for Skyblock/Minigames and a solid understanding of how those game modes function.
- Ability to dedicate a few hours a week to contribute to the server (expectations may vary role to role).
- Skills that fit your role - for example, our developers must have prior programming experience and be able to think logically and problem-solve effectively, and our builders must be able to replicate a style accurately and create builds that are functional and pleasing to the eye. (Expectations will be further refined upon application.)
