
Trying to get my body in shape so its nice to look at :p
Helloo for reference im a guy 20 yo , im 175cm tall and weigh 68kgs , i recently bought a set of dumbells that can be turned into a barbell
My current routine is:
3x12 Bicep curls 6kg
3x12 Hammer Curls 6kg
3x12 Shoulder Presses with a Barbell 15kg
3x12 Barbell Rows 15kg
2x10 Lateral raises (they are really hard to do :/) 6kg
3x12 Floor presses with a Barbell 15kg
3x12 Close grip floor presses 15kg
Ive been on a calorie deficit ( eating 1500 calories) since january and ive dropped from around 78-80kgs
For the moment id like to focus on my shoulders arms and chest to make my upper body bigger and wider
How long so i continue with this routine and at what point is it necessary to up the weights
