I feel so down. Everything about the tirzepitide was amazing. I’ve always struggled with binge eating / food obsession until this drug. Im only 4 shots in and cant remember what it used to be like before meds just that it was awful. When i started, only side effect was insomnia and restless leg and it went away. A few days after 3rd shot until today i’ve had awful migraines behind my left eye that have been progressively worse even when the med is low in blood system. They are alarming. I went to dr. they told me it was likely the tirz and to stop so I am.

Would love to buy one . A physical copy though

Every evening around 6/7 pm without fail i’ve been having awful pain behind my left eye. it’s been going on for about 5 days or so now. everything i read says the pain from withdrawal is “bilateral” across your whole head. I’m not sure if this is caffeine withdrawal or side effect of meds i began about 3 weeks ago- just curious if anyone has had the same localized headache/migraine?
