[HIRING] U.S.-Based Freelance Home Textile / Surface Pattern Designer (Long-Term Collaboration)

We are currently looking for experienced U.S.-based Textile Designers, Surface Pattern Designers, and Home Furnishing Designers to collaborate with us on the creative development of a wide range of products, including:
• Curtains
• Rugs
• Decorative Cushions
• Bedding
• Other soft home furnishing products
We’re seeking designers who can contribute to:
• Trend research and concept development
• Surface pattern and print design
• Color palette development
• Seasonal collection creation
• Product development for the North American market
We are particularly interested in designers who have experience working with U.S. retailers, home décor brands, or home textile collections and who have a strong understanding of current American consumer and home furnishing trends.
Experience with textile techniques such as weaving, jacquard, embroidery, printing, tufting, or other fabric construction processes would be highly valued.
This is a freelance collaboration opportunity that can be carried out remotely within the United States. The role may also include short business trips to China approximately 3–4 times per year to support showroom preparation, product development, customer presentations, and trade exhibitions.
We are looking to build long-term relationships with talented designers and offer the opportunity to collaborate across multiple seasonal collections and product categories.
