Random charge from the casino?
I’m currently on the last night of the cruise. I’ve been playing table games and slots and today there appears to be a random $300 charge from a slot machine I was playing but the time on the charge was a time I was with my girlfriend on the top deck?
The guy at the casino desk said I drained it all then reloaded for $300, but I definitely never put anything more than my initial $150 deposit. On top of that the head of the casino got involved and showed me my whole cruise expenditures at the casino. He showed me a page where I had won the Maxi jackpot ($500+), drained it all then reloaded the machine but didn’t win anymore money then cashed out $700. Is this even possible? I played the machine and my funds never drained, I didn’t reload, and on top of that if all my funds were drained then I reloaded $300 but didn’t win anything how could I have cashed out $700?
Has this happened to anyone before or just me? Is it possible the machine glitch? Is there anything I can do since guest services said it was a casino problem and the casino basically said I loaded $300 and turned around to cash out $700 a minute later?
