Hello! I need some salary advice
I have 4 years experience as a paralegal in litigation and investigations. I’ve worked at two big law firm so appreciate that my salary will not be as much as there (plus I’m happy to take a cut for interest levels)
I’ve been offered a new role which is £35k - it is a very small firm but I just want some advice on whether it is normal to push back considering experience or not?

I found out yesterday that I failed SQE 2 with 55%. Whilst it’s gutting, I knew I had failed. I was working pretty insane hours before going on leave for 4 weeks to study. I was burnt out before my study period.
Im now not working, so would be able to study full time for the resit, however I am seeking advice on when I should resit. 55% feels quite low, so October makes me nervous , but I’d really rather get it over and done with. Thoughts?

Odd and perhaps random question... and prob obvious but i have not been taught this.....
In a drafting template, i notice there are sometimes one open square bracket [ - are they meant to be removed for tidiness. I thought most likely, but then they're not removed in my sample examples? What does everyone do?
Please may someone shed some light on the volume of materials for legal research. The QLTS mocks can have up to 12 resources all 15-19 pages long. Its simply impossible and making me feel very very unsettled 2 days out :(
