How to deal with landlord 24hr demand reply or access to the apartment?
Since my landlord and I having the rent cost dispute, my landlord keep sending letter regarding defects which demand 24hr reply. Normally, the letter print date as 2 weeks ago but drop manually in my mailbox midnight or early morning during the weekend which I discovered on normally Sunday morning and demand reply by Monday morning. And sometime demand access to inspect the defect within 24hr (and defect is none emergency). The Einschreiben Einwurf that me and my family sent out can't happen immediately. Normally it takes 1 or 2 days which after received landlord always accused us not collaborated.
There is 2 times that he show up immediately at my apartment for no reason at 6 in morning and 10 at night like a creep while only my wife and son at home because I'm in the working trip. Now I don't feel safe leaving my family for abroad travel with company anymore.
I just wonder what kind of stupid law is this? I need to send with via Einschreiben Einwurf with payment and proof of delivery while my landlord just drop the letter by himself and say whatever he want.
I would like to ask for suggestion how should I handle the situation? This is really effect my family life, my work and my spouse work too.
