got exit scammed back in the day and I see the space has changed, what is the best right now?

I have been curious about arb betting for years, but since im in Texas, there are barely any sportsbooks I can use, and the ones I CAN use are all sketchy.

I have been using Oddsjam's live arb feature and I literally can't even open the links before the lines change on 95% of the live arb bets. I already have barely any arbs in general so this makes it seem like a pointless endavor.

How do people even place these? is it just the sportsbooks I use? (BetOnline, Polymarket, Kalshi, ProhetX, Bc game, Bovada)
