Does anyone have the same or knows what this is?

I (26F) have adenomyosis, gynaecologists kept talking about fluid behind the uterus which fills up the entire pouch of douglas. But why is this here? I am having a lot of pain and bleeding, numbness in right leg etc. I have been waiting on a MRI since January.

Does anyone have the same or knows anything about where the fluid could come from?
