Any experiences with Hosrent?
On Idealista, I found a bunch of habitaciones that seem to come from the same agency, Hosrent. However, they have no social media presence and I wonder if anyone else has had any experience.
I toured one of the flats, and it was a big coliving space. People lived there, and it looked exactly like it was advertised, so everything seems legit. But then they're asking me to pay a deposit without even looking at a contract, which was sketchy.
It does seem to be an organization with multiple people answering different messages. Just the lack of any reviews, social media presence outside of Idealista... it seems sketchy. I wonder if anyone else knows this, or maybe it's some classic scam that I'm not familiar with. But if it were a scam, I think this would be a looot of effort to be putting in. But what do I know
