Suporte tanto do Roblox quanto do TSB ou Ban Appeals
Olá, meu nome é Akanee, tive algumas experiencias ruins dentro da plataforma Roblox, infelizmente hoje com a tecnologia avançada, temos facilidade em encontrar script ou hackers hoje em dia, mas com a moderação que há dentro da plataforma ou no jogo, infelizmente é algo de se chamar nada por assim dizer, vou contar um pouco da minha história do que aconteceu comigo.
Dentro do jogo, me chamaram pra ajudar em uma war, algo normal que sempre acontece no The Strongest Battlegrounds, mas como de se esperar sempre tem alguém pra usar metodos contraceptivo onde dá uma vantagem a mais dentro do jogo, basicamente um script onde fica mais facil pra matar quem quiser, esse script começou a me focar, nisso eu pensei sobre o suporte do TSB, eles tem uma fama por não ter um dos melhores suportes contra hackers ou scripts, então nem tentei abrir um ticket, fiz algo que eu fui contra muitas vezes, onde eu comecei a utilizar script também, como se fosse fogo contra fogo, até ai "tudo bem" nisso me viram usando o script, gravaram eu utilizando, me reportaram, no dia seguinte, vi que fui banida permanentemente, mesmo tentando fazer o bem, ainda sim fui banida, queria tentar resolver tentando uma apelação no Ban Appeals, sempre mando para eles, mas mesmo assim eles nem fazem questão de olhar direito, faz mais de 1 mes que mando a apelação, quero poder me divertir novamente dentro do jogo, eu me arrependo profundamente de ter quebrado as regras, mas fiz sabendo que isso poderia ocorrer, mas não imaginava que mesmo tentando fazer o bem, seria recompensada desse jeito, mas como preciso espera um bot como moderador precisar me responder para poder continuar com a apelação, não posso fazer nada além de esperar eles me responderem.
Agora partindo para o suporte do Roblox, algo que não aconteceu comigo, mas com um amigo meu, onde ele basicamente foi hackeado, compraram robux na conta dele, gastaram e pediram reembolso, como sabem dentro da plataforma, se fizer uma compra de robux, gastar e pedir reembolso, e pedir para ser banido(a), só que porém ele não fez nenhuma transferencia, mas o roblox nem fez questão de tentar averiguar, e ir mais a fundo na questão de saber oque aconteceu, simplesmente deixaram ele desamparado, sem saber para onde ir, ele basicamente perdeu a conta, foi excluída sem ele poder fazer, ele tinha um monte de coisa na conta dele, mas perdeu por causa do hackers, onde mesmo tentando resolver, ele só foi deixado de lado, onde ele investiu tanto o tempo quanto o dinheiro dele na plataforma.

But as expected, there’s always someone using unfair methods to gain an extra advantage in the game—basically a script that makes it easier to kill whoever they want. This script started targeting me, so I thought about TSB support. They have a reputation for not having the best support against hackers or scripts, so I didn’t even try to open a ticket. I did something I’ve been against many times: I started using a script too, as if fighting fire with fire. Up to that point, “everything was fine.” Then they saw me using the script, recorded me using it, and reported me. the next day, I saw that I had been permanently banned. Even though I was trying to do the right thing, I was still banned. I wanted to try to resolve this by filing an appeal with Ban Appeals; I always send them my appeals, but even so, they don’t even bother to look at them properly. It’s been over a month since I sent the appeal. I want to be able to have fun in the game again, I deeply regret breaking the rules, but I did it knowing this could happen, but I didn’t I never imagined that even though I was trying to do the right thing, I’d be treated this way, but since I have to wait for a bot moderator to respond before I can proceed with the appeal, there’s nothing I can do but wait for them to get back to me. Now moving on to Roblox support—this didn’t happen to me, but to a friend of mine. Basically, he got hacked; someone bought Robux on his account, spent it, and requested a refund. As you know, within the platform, if you buy Robux, spend it, request a refund, and ask to be banned, that’s the process—but he didn’t make any transfers. but Roblox didn’t even bother to try to investigate or dig deeper into what happened; they simply left him helpless, not knowing where to turn, He basically lost his account; it was deleted without him being able to do anything about it. He had a lot of stuff in his account, but he lost it because of the hackers. Even though he tried to resolve the issue, he was just left hanging, despite having invested both his time and money into the platform.
