I'm 19 and want to rent a camper van for 3 weeks to travel solo around the South Islands, but most places I look require a "full license", which I'm assuming means no provisional drivers just wondering if anyone has any recommendations on where to look into booking or if there's no possibility of being able to rent. Any information helps, as the most recent post I can find about this issue is from over 8 years ago
