So I’m 14m and my voice hasn’t broken,my shoulders haven’t grown out, only have pubic hair and no armpit or chest hair. My balls haven’t dropped or my penis hasn’t grown. Have I even hit puberty? Or am I still waiting?

I made an alt for this stuff but bc I’m not the typa guy to talk abt this stuff to anyone irl, but when I master bait my semen is clear. Is this normal or healthy? Bc I’m worried I started too early and it will damage my health or penis.
