Which supplements do you think children and old parents should take, considering that a huge population of India is deficient in so many things.

We all know about protein deficiency in India, but other than that most of the Indian population is deficient in many vitamins, minerals.
Which supplements do you think will benefit the most for old parents and young children?

If someone is already giving it to their parents/children please share your experiences, how did they benefit from it.

Sleep disruption after starting gym

I started going to the gym from last week. I am 32M and I have never been much of a gym going person. Only did serious gym for 4 months during Covid, nothing after that.
I started going to the gym last week and followed a basic PPL split. I am eating healthy and try to get in 10k steps a day, these 2 things I am doing from last 2 months.
So now only after joining the gym I get up randomly in the middle of the night 3-4 times. I get up like it’s already morning and see the clock it’s still 2am. I do feel a bit sleepy during the day but not very bad like I had a night out. Overall I sleep for 6-7 hours.

Is this normal? Am I doing anything wrong?
