is conflict coming to EN?

making my yearly week-long d4dj phase rounds. ive been listening to the music more than i play if that makes sense and one of my favorite songs is conflict. i see that its been like a few months shy of 6 years since its been announced, 3 since its been released, but theres no news on when its dropping on the EN server?
i don't see it in any of the shops, events, exchanges, etc. am i just missing something? is it already here??
ive listened to it, if i had to guess, maybe >100 times (according to airbuds lmao) since its so good imo,, is there any news on it ever coming to EN? searched it on the subreddit and all that came up was a meta question for the JP server
sorry if this has been asked or is kind of a redundant question i havent played in god knows how long
