Why do songs sound better at night ?
Maybe it’s because things are quieter or emotions feel stronger at night, but music just seems to hit differently. Is there an actual reason for this?

For me it’s definitely checking my phone “for one second” and somehow turning that into 30 minutes of scrolling without even noticing. It usually starts with checking one notification, then suddenly I’m watching random videos or reading things completely unrelated to what I was supposed to do.
I’ve been trying to improve my focus lately, especially when working or studying, but distractions seem everywhere now. Even small things can completely break concentration sometimes.
What’s your biggest distraction when trying to focus, and do you have any tricks or habits that actually help you stay productive?
