Anyone deal with this w good outcome? No other findings just a little echogenic at 21 weeks

31F 2 c sections this is my 3rd pregnancy
Abdominalplasty two years ago

Potential vanishing twin early tech thought potentially identical twins at first
9 week scan 1cm sch noted blood remnants found floating

MFM scans
-13 weeks all normal
-21 weeks found isolated echogenic bowel
-24 weeks echogenic bowel still there and one bowel loop measured 12mm
-28 weeks and they found 28mm dilated bowel loop

Baby has been 70th percentile active and healthy otherwise

Anyone been in similar situation?
I’m spiraling
Any other info? TIA 🤍
