Study Permit Refused Humber College Business Insights and Analytics

Study permit refused today. The refusal reasons stated that I had a "poor academic record (multiple failures)," that the officer was not satisfied I could successfully complete the program, and that the cost of studying in Canada was not justified by the expected career benefits. And that I would not leave Canada.

I'm honestly confused by the academic assessment. I completed my Bachelor's degree with around 75% and had only 2 backlogs, both of which were cleared under 3 years of my degree. After graduation, I completed multiple analytics/data science courses, a data science internship, and built 5 analytics/machine learning projects that were included in my application and GitHub portfolio. I also paid full 1st yr fees with GIC.

My SOP also explained my career goals in analytics sector, employment opportunities in my home country and city, and included supporting sources and industry data.

Has anyone received a similar refusal despite having a relevant academic background, projects, certifications, and internship experience?

I don't have any idea what to do next. I applied on 15th May, did biometric on 20th May, and got this refused letter on 2nd June.
