i put ginger in honey but it never fermented. kept it in the fridge for months, and looks and taste great, is it still safe to eat?
i was planing on throwing it away but decided to make a tea with a spoonful.. it tastes to great i wonder if even if it didnt ferment, it still is ok to eat?
